- Agreement to Terms
By accessing our clinic, booking an appointment, using any of our services, or interacting with our digital platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. - Services Provided
Ths Derma House Skin Clinic offers professional dermatological consultations, diagnostics, treatments, minor procedures, skincare therapies, and the sale of medical-grade skincare products. All services are provided under the supervision of certified and licensed dermatologists and skin-care professionals in accordance with [INDIA/HARYANA ] medical regulations. - Eligibility
● Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
● Minors require written consent and physical presence of a parent or legal guardian for consultations or treatments.
● Certain treatments may require pre-evaluation or a doctor’s referral. - Appointment Booking and Scheduling
● Appointments can be scheduled online via booking page, by phone, or in person.
● Patients are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
● Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may result in rescheduling or partial service without refund. - Cancellations and No-Shows
● Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
● Late cancellations will incur a 50 % cancellation fee.
● No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. - Medical Records and Confidentiality
● All patient information, records, and medical histories are strictly confidential and managed in compliance with INDIA/HARYANA Health Privacy Laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
● By receiving services, you consent to the recording and usage of your medical history for diagnosis, treatment, and internal documentation. - Treatment Consent
● All patients are required to sign a consent form before undergoing any treatment.
● You acknowledge that outcomes may vary depending on skin type, condition, and other medical factors.
● The clinic is not liable for unsatisfactory results due to factors beyond its control or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions. - Product Sales
● We offer medical-grade skincare products for post-treatment and ongoing care.
● Product recommendations are made by certified professionals and do not replace medical advice. - Pricing and Payments
● All prices are listed in RUPEES and subject to applicable taxes.
● Full payment is due before or at the time of service.
● Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, online transfer. - Promotions and Discounts
● Any promotional offers are non-transferable and subject to expiration.
● Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. - Limitation of Liability
The Derma House Skin Clinic and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of services, adverse reactions, or any medical outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered. - Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, epidemics, internet outages, or labor disputes. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised versions will be posted on derma.owlwebsportfolio.com and effective immediately upon posting.
